titles are hard to think of...
Don't forget to vote for the best gym in the city, just click here!
So another day at Body n Motion, first off I wanna say that Mr. motion has no taste in music and is lacking in the flow department. (aka, he can't rap)

I had a pretty good workout. I really got my "body" n motion. I dont know bout the rest of you but I had a boring weekend.
I didn't do anything thanks to the rain. I got NCAA Football 2011 for X-Box 360. Pretty much been playing a lot of that and working on finishing up fixing my college situation.
Oh and I got an I-Pad yesterday! I know it sounds like a woman's "accessory" but its actually really tight.
The I-Pad will help make college a little easier for me. My bro from Chicago is here so I'm gonna finish this up.

My First Post
Hey everybody this is my first post sooooo here goes. Just got done working out at Body n Motion. Im feeling kinda tired idk, its been a long couple of weeks. Im going to be heading off to Miami University in a few weeks. Im kinda excited, kinda nervous, kinda blase about the whole thing, you know. Im going to miss fishers and summertime, i kinda wish it would cool down a bit although today felt perfect. Forgive me for my spelling, im a teenager, i really dont care about getting it right. Sometimes I think its fun to see how many red squiggly lines i can get under my words. I have a lot of stuff left to do before college, gotta get all the dorm stuff and make sure things are suitable for a wheelchair kid. anyways, I kind of dont know what else there is to say so i guess this is it.

Dear Hockey Community;
As you may know, Derek Zike, a ‘92 player with the Chicago Fury hockey team was seriously injured in a tournament game in Ann Arbor, MI on January 16th. During the game Derek attempted to make a turn and lost the edge of his skate, fell and crashed head-first into the boards at a high rate of speed. It happened so quickly that Derek was unable to brace himself for impact. Derek was not hit by anyone; it was quite simply the result of a lost edge while trying to turn.
Derek’s was seriously injured when he hit the boards. He sustained a burst fracture of the 5th cervical vertebrae, which in simple terms is a broken neck. Derek has been recovering in the intensive care unit at C.S.Mott Childrens Hospital in Ann Arbor MI since the accident.
The hockey community has shown an unbelievable capacity to come together to help one of its own. A bunch of us are rallying support for Derek and his family, they could certainly use your support and prayers.
Lastly, Derek and his family are great people and truly representative of the hockey community at large. On behalf of the Zike family, please take the time to enjoy your family and children and take no moments for granted.
Thank you for your thoughts and concerns and please keep your prayers coming.
